Global Midwifery Package

Zen Den's fee schedule is based on a Global Cost of Care structure. This fee structure is an all inclusive plan that includes the standard care regimen, along with the Free community care programs, postpartum visits and follow on care for both birther and Babe through the first 12 weeks. 
A few inclusions are listed below:
Regular prenatal visits 
On-call fee for midwifery team staff 
Labor and delivery
Regular postpartum Care
Administrative costs (filling out any necessary transfer of care paperwork, birth certificate affidavits, or confirmations of pregnancy) 
An appropriate and reasonable amount of contacts via phone/ email/ text during the duration of care.
Online, up to date 24 hr. access to your health records through Mobile Midwife.
Inclusive access to one "Breastfeeding Prep' Class, hosted by ZDM. (valued at $50) By Natalie Marcus.
One Postpartum Home visit by Maui Breast-feeding support (Valued at $150)
'Welcome BABY!', Newborn care class open to partners, siblings and 'ohana.
Access to monthly group prenatal visits and presentation / discussions with other local professionals on interesting and pertinent topics.
I offer payment plans with an EDD hold fee to begin care. Financial Agreements are individualized. Financial arrangements are made per family at on-set of care.
