Community Offerings

Zen Den Midwifery is happy to be a part of the Maui Community! Giving back is just one of the many ways we show our gratitude. We regularly host events for local families many are FREE of charge and some co-hosted events with local businesses that are a real steal! Such as film viewings, understanding your changing body (hormones!) classes for tweens/teens and menopausal people, NFP classes, Parenting Classes, Military Support Network, Newborn Classes, Homeschool How to's, baby wearing, optimizing your pregnancy, prenatal exercises, cooking, essential oils class, fermenting foods, group prenatal care and MORE! Home Birther or not, feel free to join us and become part of the Zen Family!
