Zen Den offers many services for both expectant families and the broader community as well! Along with private appointments, we host monthly community service events free of charge, such as group prenatal & postpartum care, breastfeeding classes, and newborn care classes. The Zen Den is proud to serve people of all ages. In addition to Pregnancy care we offer pelvic exams, Natural Family Planning Education, and understanding your changing body classes for tweens/teens and peri/post menopausal people.
