Zen Den Midwifery
Philosophy
I believe the experience of pregnancy, birth, instinctual parenting and breastfeeding are all natural normal functions of the human body. Midwifery care looks to support these functions. Our care encompasses the physical and emotional realm of pregnancy. My goal is to address the many complex needs of the growing families I work with. I strive to do this through collaborative care and education. Acknowledging these needs will better prepare you and your family for the unique experience of birth.

Zen Den offers many services for both expectant families and the broader community as well! Along with private appointments, we host monthly community service events free of charge, such as group prenatal & postpartum care, breastfeeding classes, and newborn care classes. The Zen Den is proud to serve people of all ages. In addition to Pregnancy care we offer pelvic exams, Natural Family Planning Education, and understanding your changing body classes for tweens/teens and peri/post menopausal people. Time is TBDZen Den Midwifery, Kihei, HI 96753, USAThis is an amazing class to increase your comfort and knowledge around caring for your newest addition! This class is open to birthers, partners, grandparents and siblings too! Topics include: well baby care, tips for diapering, soothing, sleeping, trouble shooting and developmental milestones.
